WHO TAKES CARE OF THE DRY-CLLEANING?
When you book your gown you will pay for our dry-cleaning fee of $20 (flat rate).
No running around to have your gown cleaned we make it nice and easy. We only ask you return your gown on the hanger provided & on the day stated on your contract.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE MY GOWN FOR?
Depending on your event date we generally arrange for your gown to be collected on Thursday in trading hours 9:30-5:00. If your date is on a Thursday or Wednesday no problems we can always accommodate at no extra charge. We ask that your gown is returned on either Saturday or Monday before 2pm. This gives us time to send your gown for dry-cleaning and make sure its ready for its next hire.
HOW DOES THE HIRE PROCESS WORK?
When we meet, we'll discuss your event date, theme, styles, colours, and sizing. You’ll have 1 hour with a consultant to find your perfect dress. Once selected, we’ll reserve it for you. While we try to track all bookings, we can't guarantee the gown won't be purchased or hired elsewhere. We hire the same gown in multiple colours but will notify you first. A 50% deposit is required for gown hire and dry-cleaning. We’ll provide all hire details in your contract. Gowns are not posted. After your event, return the gown in-store or via prepaid post-pack—no need to clean it, we’ll handle that!

In our hire range, we offer sizes 2 to 20, with larger sizes available to order for purchase. We cater to all ages because everyone deserves to look and feel amazing! Our collection includes a wide variety of colours, multiple gown cuts, and fabrics, featuring well-known designers both locally and internationally.
